Stellantis offers a comprehensive 5-year/100,000 km warranty on passenger vehicles, reflecting their commitment to quality and durability. For vehicles under warranty, if repairs at a Stellantis dealership are delayed due to part or technical support issues, a courtesy car will be provided. Additionally, roadside assistance is available for safety concerns, with security detail upon request. In cases of major repairs or collision repairs by an Approved Body Repair Specialist, Stellantis guarantees mobility if delays exceed 30 days, ensuring you receive a courtesy vehicle until your car is ready, complete with a Quality Check Certificate after inspection.

We believe in the exceptional quality and durability of our vehicles, which is why every passenger car is backed by a comprehensive *5-year / 100,000 km warranty.

If your vehicle is at a Stellantis dealership and requires an Original Equipment (OE) part or specialised technical support that is delayed beyond 48 hours, we will provide a courtesy car for your use until your vehicle is repaired.

At Stellantis, we understand the inconvenience of being without your vehicle during major repairs. That’s why, if you experience a collision or require extensive repairs through one of our Approved Body Repair Specialists, we ensure you won’t be left without transportation.

If there are any delays in receiving genuine parts or specialised technical support beyond 30 days after repair approval and parts ordering, we’ll provide you with a courtesy vehicle to keep you on the road.

Once the repairs are complete, your vehicle will undergo a thorough inspection to meet Stellantis' high-quality standards, and you’ll receive a Quality Check Certificate to guarantee your peace of mind.
